There are several local scholarships available to graduating high school seniors! Please see the links below for scholarship details and applications! These scholarships are due SOON, so please note due dates for each and where each application should be submitted!
Rowe McNeely Scholarship (specifically for 4-H’ers in Rowan and Iredell Counties). Application due to Rowan County Cooperative Extension no later than Friday, March 10, 2023. Interviews will be held in Rowan County on Thursday, March 30, 2023.
4-H South Central District Volunteer Leaders’ Association Scholarship (specifically for active 4-H’ers in the 19 counties that make up the South Central 4-H District). Application due to Rowan County Cooperative Extension no later than May 1, 2023.
Rowan County Holstein Club Scholarship (due by April 1, 2023 to Andy Corriher, mailing address on last page of document)
Justin Michael Sloop Scholarship (due by April 1, 2023 to Frances Hoffner, mailing address on last page of document)
Rowan County Fair Scholarship/ NC Fair Scholarship (due to the Rowan County Cooperative Extension office by Monday, March 27, 2023)
NC State Fair Livestock Scholarships (due by March 1, 2023)
R.Flake Shaw NC Farm Bureau Scholarship (due by March 6, 2023). Must be pursing a career in agriculture or an agriculturally-related field.
