Canning Class
Join me for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn the basics of pressure canning. The session will be held on Thursday, June 18, at 5:30 PM. In the class, I will cover the difference between pressure canning and water bath canning, equipment basics (canner, jars, lids, gauges), safe food preparation and packing methods, understanding pressure, timing, and altitude adjustments, cooling, testing seals, and storage tips. All participants attending will be able to take a jar of freshly canned green beans home.
