Peach Jam Canning Class
Join me for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn the basics of hot water bath canning. The session will be held on Thursday, June 11, at 6:00 PM. In the class, I will cover proper sterilization and food safety techniques, how to prepare and pack jars, sealing, processing, and storage methods, and tips for canning fruits, jams, jellies, and pickles. All participants attending will be able to take a jar of jam home.
