4-H Online Help

4-H Online is the enrollment system used for NC 4-H members. To participate in 4-H, youth are required to register in 4-H Online. Adults who wish to VOLUNTEER must also register in 4-H Online. Parents DO NOT have to register themselves in 4-H Online unless they are wanting to become an official 4-H volunteer.Learn more about being a volunteer.
  • The web address is 4-H Online. Bookmark this in your internet browser. It works best in Chrome.
  • Create a family "profile" first to create our login, password, and your basic information.
  • Then "add member" and answer all questions for them. Add additional members as needed. You must answer all questions for one member before adding another. Youth MUST be added as "members", not "participants".
  • Make sure to have your insurance cards and doctor & dentist office contact information available to complete registration.
  • You will be asked to add your child to a 4-H Club. Look through our club list and pick the one(s) you may be interested in OR if you are not interested in a club or if you are unsure, choose "Rowan County 4-H At-Large Member".
  • There are lots of health questions asked so that we can best serve your child and be prepared if something were to happen while they are in our care. This information is not shared. It is only on-hand at 4-H events where the child is present so that the adult volunteers or staff members can access it in an emergency situation.
