Do you want to be the next Rowan County 4-H'er of the Year? If so, please go ahead and begin working on the Rowan County 4-H'er of the  Year application. 

This award is given annually to an outstanding Rowan County 4-H'er who is ages 13-18 (as of January 1). The application deadline is by 5 PM on January 26, 2024. All applications must be submitted (with appropriate signatures) to 4-H Agent, Laura Allen. One winner will be selected; they will be recognized at Achievement Night and will receive $100 in 4-H Cloverbucks to be used for a more expensive 4-H event!

This application is a 3-step process:

-Must fill out the 4-H Achievement Plan

-Must submit a hand-written statement

-You MAY be asked to come in for an in-person interview. This is only done if deemed necessary by those judging the applications.
