Planning to enter exhibits in the 2026 Rowan County Fair but need help with the online registration process? Rowan County Cooperative Extension is hosting Fair Registry Assistant Days to help exhibitors create their online accounts and submit fair entries with confidence.
During these assistance sessions, Extension staff will be available to walk participants through setting up a fair entry account, creating a profile, and registering exhibits for the 2026 Rowan County Fair. Whether you're a first-time exhibitor or need a little extra guidance, we're here to help make the registration process easy.
Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to help speed up the process. If you don't have one, laptops will be available for use during the event.
Please note: This event is for online registration assistance only. Do not bring your fair exhibits. You will still be responsible for dropping off and picking up your entries at the Rowan County Fair according to the official fair schedule.
Assistance Days
- Tuesday, September 1: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 2: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
